Concessions Stand - This is one of our biggest needs! The Concession Stand runs all day long. From cooking hamburgers and hotdogs to serving customers, there is always something to do. We don't want anyone to miss their child's game so we would like to have a group of people volunteer to be a base group that runs the concession stands. It might be 1 to 2 hours of service before a game or after a game. This can truly be good fun and you will meet a bunch of people!

Field Maintenance - This job requires a group of people to either set up the fields or breakdown the fields and aid in field cleanup. This group is needed to possible outline a field, set out end zone markers, yard-line markers, get the chains and ball marker set out and other tasks if needed. Often, there are kids that like to help out but we need adult supervision and people to be responsible for the tasks at hand. This also means we need people willing to make rounds to ensure the premises is clean and garbage is picked up.

Press Box - From music to announcements, this task gives you a bird's eye view of the game and sets the tone for the game. You would call the game from rosters provided by the teams. It usually involves announcing both rosters, make a few calls like "TOUCHDOWN MUSTANGS", reminding people about the concession stand and any advertisements.

Homecoming - From the planning stages to Homecoming Day this will keep you hopping! This group is responsible for planning out all of the details to make Homecoming a day to remember! Arts & Crafts, face paintings, games, gift basket auctions, and more. What can you think of to make Homecoming the best one yet?

Internet Content - Know a think or two about computers and web development? There is plenty to do on the web from simply writing an article about your team and getting it posted on the site to adding more advanced features to the site. We would love to have action photos of the games, video clips of big hits, commentary and articles. We also need people to assist on the messageboards.

Coaches & Assistant Coaches - Both Football and Cheerleading. These can be demanding positions and you will have to get NYSCA certified. You will need to fill out a Murfreesboro Mustang Coach's Application and submitted to Alonzo Murray (football) or Lisa Owens (cheerleading) for review.

Mustang Board - It takes many hours of dedication, work and meetings to make sure the Mustangs are ready for each season. This year-round position active during the offseason and hoppin during the regular season. But it's all worth it! Contact Alonzo Murray for more information.
