| Coaches Notes : | 8/10/2009 Coaches, game schedules have been posted on TYFA's website. These are tennative schedules subject to change at any time. Please check their website often, to ensure you are passing out the correct time to your players and parents.
Coaches a map of our complex is posted on the front page of the website. Please continually revisit the parking situation if it becomes a problem. Thanks for your cooperation.
Board Member will be asked to be at the field prior to the first game to help set up, supervise, and clean-up afterwards. Thank you for your cooperation.
2009 Team Sponsorship will be $250.00 per team. Sponsorship deadline is August 10th. We are missing 4 practices dummies from the equipment shed. If you have these please get ahold of Alonzo to make arrangments to return them, we need these back as the cost the league out of pocket. |

In addition to filling out the coaches application, every coach Head or Assistant must complete the NYSCA certification online. The link to their site is on the right side bar of this page. You will recieve a NYSCA card by mail after the certification is complete. You must have both the application and the NYSCA certification to coach. No exceptions, this is a TYFA mandated requirement. |

Rule books will NOT be distributed out this year, all rule books will be found on the TYFA website. Please study the rule books, as a there are a few new rules this year. |
| Sponsorship Forms & Letters | Sponsorship is critical for the survival of the league. You can download all of the sponsorship forms and letters here. They should assist and explain the process of sponsorship. |

| Coaches Uniform for the 2009 Season | Coaches uniform will consist of Coaches Shirt & Kakhi Shorts or Pants. This is required to be in at all times on the sidelines. No Exceptions. |
